Sometimes it's easy to wish that we lived somewhere else, somewhere more exciting, somewhere with a grid road system...not the spaghetti-like one our beloved town ended up with. Yet, there are times when I am made speechless by the beauty my eyes are so blessed to behold when I take the time to look.
Last week, I was needing to just get away for a few hours. So, I went out to the state park to run (with the understanding that I could stop and take pictures whenever I felt like it). It's one of my favorite places in this area, and I just wanted to share some pictures of the beauty in hopes that you'd be as inspired as I.
